Little Creative Dove – Pre-Designed Graduation Stole Policy

Welcome to Little Creative Dove!
Please review our policy before placing your order for pre-designed graduation stoles.

Our pre-designed stoles are created using existing Little Creative Dove layouts. These designs are partially customizable while maintaining the original artistic concept.

The following may typically be customized unless otherwise stated in the listing:

• Graduate name
• Class year
• School name
• Basic color adjustments
• Text
• Logo(s)
• Font

Pre-designed stoles do NOT include:

• Fully custom layouts
• Major design revisions
• New graphics/logos if not on chosen pre design 
• Complete redesign requests
• Extensive embroidery edits

If you would like a fully unique stole design, please purchase a Fully Customized Embroidered Stole listing.

Mockups & Design Approval

• Mockups are provided for reference purposes only.
• Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, embroidery thread availability, and satin fabric texture.
• Final embroidery adjustments may occur during machine setup to ensure the best stitch quality and finished appearance.

Add-On Pricing

All add-on requests are evaluated individually. Final pricing will be provided via email and must be approved before production begins.

Turnaround Time

STANDARD 14-20 Business Days

• Production times vary by season and order volume.
• Graduation season is our busiest time of year, so early ordering is strongly recommended.
• Rush orders may require an additional fee and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by Little Creative Dove.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
• Little Creative Dove is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.
• Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Because all stoles are personalized and made to order:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges will be accepted once production has started.
• Orders canceled before production may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Personalized items cannot be resold; therefore, cancellations after customization begins are non-refundable.

All Little Creative Dove designs, layouts, embroidery concepts, and images are the intellectual property of Little Creative Dove and may not be copied, recreated, redistributed, or resold without written permission.

By placing an order, the customer confirms:

• All submitted spelling, dates, and customization details are accurate.
• They have reviewed all listing details and processing times.
• They understand embroidery and handmade items may contain slight variations that make each piece unique.
