Turnaround time is defined as production time (28-34 business days) + shipping time.Business days are considered Monday-Friday 8 AM-3 PM EST and does not include Federal holidays.
Production Time is defined as the personalization time. During this time we will be constructing and customizing everything about your keepsake. No changes can be made after order is placed. This timeframe is standard 28-34 business days. Standard production can be quicker but there is no guarantee.
Shipping Time is not your production time, which does not include shipping time. Your shipping time will be added to your order at checkout. Shipping time is the time it takes for the order to reach its destination after completion of order (Maximum 34 business days).
We advise to not schedule graduation pics until you receive your items. You understand that Little Creative Dove is not responsible for any rescheduled grad pics due to any delays (processing-customer-shipment delays). You are more than welcome to order up to 12 months in advance.
